Since its founding in February 2004, NYMC has changed the lives of High School and College students by providing solid Biblical teaching and preaching. NYMC presents the Gospel in English and Spanish. Congregational worship is contemporary however; the rich musical history of the church is embraced through hymns and spirituals.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible and living Word of GOD.

We believe that Jesus the Christ is the Son of GOD and the only Savior of the entire world. Each individual makes the choice to accept Christ as his or her Savior and Lord. Salvation is only gained through repentance of sins and belief in Jesus the Christ.

Baptism and the Lord’s Supper are the two ordinances as outlined in the Word of GOD. Baptism is through immersion as described in the Bible.

We believe in the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. One GOD revealed to us as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Father, who loves, reigns over the entire universe.

The Son equal to the Father, born of a virgin and who freely gave Himself as the perfect sacrifice and Lamb of GOD to save us from sin and death. We believe in the bodily resurrection of Christ. Salvation and eternal life can only be found in the Son of GOD. The Son of GOD is our only intermediary to GOD.

The Holy Spirit convicts each person of his/her sins. As the Prophet Joel prophesied and the Apostle Peter confirmed, the Holy Spirit was poured out on all people. The Holy Spirit is the Comforter as promised by Jesus. The Holy Spirit empowers us to serve GOD and enlightens us to worship GOD.
