One of the biggest fellowship events our church holds is the twice a year trip to Paradise Lake. These are three day weekend trips where we pack our bags and head out to the great outdoors. At Paradise Lake we join in many activities apart from learning about God’s word in creative and fun ways. You can canoe, hike, rock climb and play basketball at the gym. The best is when night falls and we all gather around the living room playing board games, laughing, talking, and having a good time with one another. This retreat has been a big hit in our church and we always come back closer than ever before. We are not a dull church….oh no.  We have people of all kinds and our leaders and pastoral family are easy to talk to and fun to be around. We love to have a good time and do many activities together such as go to the beach, play volleyball, visit each others houses, and more.  We are always welcoming of anyone who stops by to visit our church, but be careful…visit us once and you may end up staying for good.
