Plan of Salvation

Realize that you are a sinner.
(This means you recognize that you have made mistakes, whether big or small, and are not perfect. It also means that because we are sinners we are condemned to death, but God came to give us eternal life).
Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
(This means you recognize that you have made mistakes, whether big or small, and are not perfect. It also means that because we are sinners we are condemned to death, but God came to give us eternal life).

Believe that God died for your sins.
Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us”
(This means you acknowledge that God Himself, Jesus Christ, came in the form of man to take our place, and died on a cross for our sins so that we can have eternal life with Him).

Repent, Receive Christ and be Baptized.
(This means that you ask God for forgiveness, change your ways, are baptized and begin to live your life with Jesus in it).
Acts 2:38 “Peter replied, Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
John 1:12 “Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.”
John 1:12 “Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.”
(This means that you ask God for forgiveness, change your ways, are baptized and begin to live your life with Jesus in it).
So now you ask, “where do I go from here?” You have received Christ, believe in Him and his sacrifice and want to live a life dedicated to Him.
